2 Offices + Open Work Area! This is a 2,200 Square foot office that has up to 700 square feet of space available for sublease. Our current tenant that has been with us for the past several years just gave us their 30-day notice, so we are looking for the right match to replace them. We are a technology firm that does computer repair, networking, and provides private cloud services. We would like to have a tenant that is in a compatible industry. We have two offices and an open office area available. The space available can be single offices or both office and the open space. Each office is approximately 140sq ft (12'x11') and (13'10') and the open area is 336sq ft at (18 x 19).
