The District

The District is a 47-acre industrial business park at 8289 Boynton Beach Boulevard in Boynton Beach, immediately west of the Florida Turnpike. Its eight buildings span more than 522,611 square feet and accommodate industrial, manufacturing, showroom/flex, warehouse, office, and recreational uses. The campus is near restaurants, retail centers, medical facilities, parks, and major transportation corridors.

Available spaces include five industrial buildings ranging from approximately 20,847 to 125,297 square feet. Features vary by building and include dock-high or grade-level access, clear heights of 18 or 32 feet, impact glass and doors, fire sprinklers, and office build-to-suit options. Some buildings also offer outdoor space or EV charging stations.
